Information we collect

We use your email and account details to manage sign-in, verification and support. Passwords are stored as hashes. Uploaded portraits, generation settings and video results are processed to provide the requested service.

Processing and service providers

Generating a video requires sending your selected portrait or portraits and reference performance to the configured AI provider, KIE. Tencent Cloud processes the generated video and soundtrack. Private storage keeps uploaded assets; access for processing is time-limited. Stripe handles checkout. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Cookies and security

A secure session cookie keeps you signed in. When enabled, Google Analytics measures page visits and site usage to help us improve the service. We use request metadata and rate limits to protect accounts and prevent abuse. Private media is not listed publicly. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and your requests

Account, billing and task records are retained to operate the service, provide history and meet applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your data. Some billing records may need to be retained.
